婚約/結婚/離婚する/してる PART 2

Hi everybody. Here is Part 2 of 婚約/結婚/離婚する/してる. 

 

「結婚する/してる」と「離婚する/してる」は「結婚する/してる」と文法的には同じです。なにか変化がある場合は “get/got” を使います。シチュエーションを説明する場合はbe動詞を使います。

▼Here are some example conversations:

 

A君：　Are you married? (結婚してますか？っていう意味でA君はBちゃんのパーソナルインフォメーションを聞いてるからbe動詞 + “marry” の過去分詞(形容詞)の”married”を使います。)

 

Bちゃん：　Yes, I’ve been married for two years. (はい、結婚して2年ですって言う意味で2年間何も変わってないのでbe動詞を使います。　でも、もし「2年前に結婚した」って言いたかったら・・・

 

Yes, I got married two years agoって言います。 意味はだいたい一緒だけど “I’ve been getting married for two years”って絶対言わないんですよ。　なぜならば “get/got” は変化のある動詞だから2年間結婚式中と言う意味になります。　動詞と時制は大事でしょう！

Bちゃん：　Do you wanna get married? (結婚したいんですか？)

 

A君：　With you? (あなたと？)

Bちゃん: What?! I just told you I’m already married! I meant, do you wanna get married with someone someday? (何?!　さっき私はもう結婚してるって言ったでしょ?!　いつか誰かと結婚したいの？って聞いたよ！)

 

A君: Hmm…I don’t know. If I fall in love with someone then I will wanna get married with her. But I don’t ever wanna get divorced. (うんん、分からないね。　もし誰かと恋に落ちたら結婚したいけど離婚は絶対したくないね。)
