Here is a useful expression you can use as a compliment or as a kind of greeting:

You look great in [色]。 ([色]がすごく似合うよ！)

Let`s practice…

You look great in black.

You look great in orange.

You look good in white.

[色]の変わりに[アクセサリー]にしましょう。　

For example…

You look great in hats.

You look great in pearls. (パール[ネックレスなど]がとても似合います。)
