KIND OF

Hi everybody. I hope you had a nice day!
Well, here is a phrase all students of English should know and use:  kind of.
“Kind of” has many different uses so it’s VERY useful. 
色々な使い方があるので kind of ってとっても役に立つ言い回しだと思います。

▼Here are some examples…
Example ①
A: Do you like Chinese food?
     （中華好き？）
B: Kind of. 
    (ちょっとね)

Example ②
A: What is okonomiyaki?
  （お好み焼きって何？）
B: It’s a kind of pancake. But it`s not sweet. 
    (パンケーキの種類ですね。 甘くないけど。)

Example ③
・I’m kind of confused. (ちょっと混乱してる。)
・It’s kind of hot in here. (ここはちょっと暑いね。)
